Attend all Vendor meetings including vendor recommendations, contract review, meeting accompaniment, final detail confirmations, custom timeline sent to all vendors, and assurance all services are provided as stated in the contract

  • Interview/Design Meeting-where we can discuss the ideas, wishes and key components
  • Prioritize your budget with your desires
  • Assistance with any questions and suggestions throughout the process
  • Unlimited coordination day of the event
  • Customized celebration task list, reminders, deadlines, and decisions
  • Custom designed timeline
  • Collect RSVP’s of all of your guests through email and/or text messages
  • Venue meeting, as needed, to discuss logistics
  • Review miscellaneous concerns
  • Set up and clean up of event
  • We pick up all supplies from vendors if need be
  • Keep celebration running smoothly, on time, and energetic in nature
